The Queen's Diamond Jubilee

2012 is not only Olympic year in London, more importantly it is the Diamond Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The second longest reigning UK and Northern Ireland Monarch acceded to the Throne in 1952
upon the death of her father King George VI.

Previous long reigning Monarchs;

Queen Victoria 63 years 216 days

George III 59 years 96 days

George V  25 years 259 days

George VI 15 years 57 days

In 2015 The Queen will become THE longest reigning Monarch.

All of the commemorative Diamond Jubilee items depicted in the following pages show The Queen’s
(Great Britain and Northern Ireland) Coat of Arms and that of Nottingham City Council.
Your Coat of Arms would replace Nottingham.

For Scottish Councils and organisations we would use The Queen’s Coat of Arms for Scotland.

Everything shown has been approved by Buckingham Palace and a copy of the approval letter is shown here.
