Bespoke Crest Design

To obtain a new Coat of Arms is an expensive business with a Grant of Arms costing up to or above
£6,000.00 with a small discount for Parish Councils.

We can undertake to put together a basic but image enhancing Crest for you.

Shown here are two pieces of artwork with one finished Crest.

Chelveston-Cum-Caldecott Parish Council

The brief was to come up with something that reflected the history of the area.

At the top of the plaque we illustrated St. John the Baptist Church, at bottom left a wheat sheaf represented the
agricultural part of the district and at bottom right is the Badge
of the 305th Bomb Group that operated out of Chelveston air base during the Second World War.

Meercat Manor Without PVC Parish Council

The brief was to come up with something that reflected the name of this spoof Parish Council.
It came about when Town and Parish Clerks were attending Society of
Local Council Clerks conferences, (some falling about water was a contributory factor we believe).
The Council name is shown in a scroll around the top. A Meercat sitting on a rock is depicted at the top right whilst at
bottom left, an arrow pointing out of the Crest towards a door depicts PVC (without).

The motto is borrowed from a TV advert & University of Nottingham’s Latin Dept. confirmed
the nearest to “Simples” is “SIMPLEX”.
